Tor A Benjaminsen is a Human Geographer and Professor at the Department of International Environment and Development Studies at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU). His research focuses on political ecology, land tenure, environmental conservation and justice, land-use conflicts, and how environmental and development narratives feed into policies.
